The prices of the Products published on the homepage or in the various sections of the Site are inclusive of VAT and do not include any taxes, duties and taxes applicable in the country of destination of the Products, where this is different from Italy, which will be charged to the Customer.

Shipping cost

Shipping in Italy is always free.

Invoice issue request for vat holder

If you need an invoice, the customer must send an e-mail to the address info@carmineferraroitalia.it within 48h from placing the order. The email must contain: the order number and billing information

Orders processing

All orders regularly filled in and paid for will be processed within two working days: all shipments depart from Fercar srl, (Italy), only on working days, from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 to 12.00 am. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be handled on the following Monday.

Delivery time

Delivery times are conditioned by the destination areas of the products. ITALY: delivery is tentatively expected within two days of shipment. European EU countries: delivery is tentatively expected within three working days of shipment. European countries outside the EU: delivery is tentatively expected within three working days of shipment. Rest of the world: delivery is tentatively scheduled up to 5-7 days from shipment.

Delivery conditions

Once the goods have been delivered, it is up to the Customer to carefully inspect the package before signing the delivery document. If the packaging is tampered with or not intact, the Customer can sign the delivery document with reserve or refuse the delivery. Any anomalies must be promptly reported to Fercar srl, by sending an e-mail to our customer service. If the customer refuses delivery of the goods, any shipping costs necessary for returning the package to Fercar srl will be deducted from the refund due to the customer.

RETURNS

Right of withdrawal

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 working days from the receipt of the shipment (the working days will begin to be calculated on the basis of the proof of delivery). The products must be returned intact.

Conditions to Properly exercise the right of withdrawal

In order to take advantage of the right of withdrawal, you must comply with these simple conditions in order to obtain a refund of what you paid during the purchase:
• The return request must be sent no later than the fourteenth working day from the date of delivery. If the communication does not take place within this time frame, your request will be rejected.
• The products must be sent back by a single shipment and, possibly, inside the original packaging that has been delivered to you. Returns of products belonging to the same order sent at two different times will not be accepted.
• The products must be sent back intact and must not have been used or damaged.
• The garment should be tested without removing the tag.
• The customer who wishes to make a change of size, colour or item must submit the return procedure and place a new order on the site.

The return procedure

To request the return authorization, the Customer must send a request to the address info@carmineferraroitalia.it, within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The e-mail must specify the codes of the items that you intend to return. Once the return request has been received, the Fercar srl customer service will send the customer a written confirmation with the specifications to follow. The direct costs of returning the goods to the sender are borne by the consumer and the shipment is under his responsibility. Send the parcel to Fercar srl, via Torricelli 18, 80047 San Giuseppe Vesuviano (NA). The shipment is at the risk and peril of the customer: Fercar srl is not responsible for any loss or damage due to inadequate packaging or delay in delivery.

Failure to accept return

In the event that the conditions mentioned above are not respected or damage to the returned products or their use is found, Fercar srl reserves the right not to accept the return. In this case you can decide to receive the purchased products again, but taking care of the shipping costs. It will not later be possible to refuse the shipment sent.
Returns of orders from countries other than those in which they were delivered will not be accepted.

Refund times

The refund of the total price of the products will take place no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the shipment. The repayment schedule varies according to the payment method you use and specifically:

  • Credit card: the technical time to obtain a refund depends on the credit institution that issued your card. The value date of the re-credit will not change with respect to the debit date.
  • Paypal: the refund will be made directly to your Paypal account and will be visible in a couple of days. Paypal itself will send you a communication stating the refund.
